FOOTBALL HQ | DECENTRALAND

The Football Headquarters is an initiative by Decentraland. They aimed to create a venue that would serve as a mix of a museum, meeting place, sports bar, and fan area. GM Studios was responsible for executing the project, from conceptualization to modeling, including the integration of assets into Decentraland's platform to provide an interactive experience. As the project manager in charge of the 3D team, illustrators, and coders involved in the project, I oversaw the end-to-end lifecycle, from planning to project testing and closing.
